under samples - doesn't know what to click to actually view the sample. downloaded it and wasn't sure that was what she needed to do.

You are part of an alumni association. Your goal for the year is to publish a member directory. You go to UPC's site to see if they will fit your needs.

1. You have this awesome color photo that just has to be on the cover of the directory. Does UPC publish color photos on covers?
encountered broken links/unclickable areas. had lots of trouble trying to find the answer. didn't realize the black links under faq where actual links. is actually under faq newsletter questions. didn't realize that she was looking at the services for the academic assoc

2. You're intrigued and decide to request more information.
went to contact page, was confused that no emails were actually listed even though the page says there are email. clicked on one of the links and discovered taht was how you emailed. would have picked dennis campbell.

3. You wonder if anyone has used this service before. You look to see if you can find a list of satisfied clients.
surfed around and actually left the academic site and went to the chapter. got annoyed and went to site map and finally found it. no idea how to get to it other than through the site map. doesn't understand why it's under the title it's under

4. Where is this company based anyway?
looks under contact us and assumes it is in bloomington since the area codes and mailing address are blooming

5. Ok, you just want to call someone. Find the phone number of someone who works in academic services.
goes back to contact us. leaves in confusion and gets to different part of site. gave up and went back to contact and would use the main phone number

"i guess it's nice that they have pictures"

"ugly fucking colors"

confused about why the colors changed and what section of the website she was on. didn't understand the differ b/t the all red, the purple and yellow, and the purple and orange. got lost and didn't understand how to get to different areas.
